"Basic" Single Sided, Double Sided and Multilayer PCBs

"Basic" PCBs are part or our rigid PCB range which also includes the "High Density/High Tolerance" range as well as the "Mil Spec" range.

This "Basic" range of PCB products has been developed to provide the best price/performance ratio, to cater to the demands of the majority of customers. The range utilises a range of world competitive raw materials and cost effective processes, to give customers a large variety of options while maintaining a high level of quality and tolerance control, all at world competitive prices.

"Standard" PCB range characteristics:

-FR4 category laminate

-Range of laminate thickness from 0.2mm to 2.4mm

-High resolution Photo Imageable solder mask

-Built to IPC-A-600G Class 2

-Built, processed and tested under ISO-9001-2000 quality control

-UL certification on request

-Smallest Drilled hole size 0.3mm (0.012")

-Smallest Track width and separation 0.15mm (0.006")

-A choice of finishes ranging from Hot Air Level (HAL) to Gold Plate covering a wide range of requirements including a number of RoHS solutions.

-Choice of application of top and bottom side solder mask and legends

-Choice of solder mask colours and silk screen colours.

-Maximum of 12 layer construction with choice of layer builds
